You may ask Enlightened Minds to delete personal information associated with your use of our website or messaging assistants.
Delete assistant conversation history
Send /clear to the Enlightened Minds WhatsApp or Telegram assistant. This removes the stored assistant conversation history associated with that WhatsApp number or Telegram identity.
Request deletion by email
- Email info@enlightenedminds.io .
- Use the subject Data deletion request.
- Identify the service and the account, telephone number, or messaging identity concerned.
- Do not include passwords, access tokens, payment card data, or copies of unnecessary identity documents.
What happens next
We may request reasonable information to verify your identity. Eligible data will be deleted or anonymised and we will confirm completion within the period required by applicable law. Information may be retained where it is required for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, or legal claims.
